Nothing. we have everything you'll need at our yoga studio. If you have your own mat, feel free to use it.
Dress comfortably so you can move freely. Please do not wear a fragrance or cream.
Most classes are 1 1/2 hours long, although we have a few that last 1 1/4 hours. Workshops and Special Class Series are often 2 hours long.
Just come in 15 minutes early and we'll get you started. Or, go online and sign up by clicking here. It is best to practice yoga with an empty stomach. We recommend 2-3 hours after a full meal, and at least 1 full hour with no food.
Come 15 minutes early to class the first time. Introduce yourself to the yoga instructor and explain your condition. Our teachers are trained to help with common injuries and ailments such as lower back, knee, and neck pain. If you have any more serious physical or medical conditions, please consult your physician before starting your yoga class. Talk to the teacher at the beginning of class if you don't want to be physically adjusted.

Do not wear dangly jewelry or any type of perfume or strong soap. Cleanliness is important for your health and the comfort of others. Leave your shoes outside the yoga studio.
